St John’s is a beautiful church, with a lot of significant artistic heritage in it.

 

The church was opened in 1851, and has a remarkable range of marble, mosaics and stained glass windows. We have produced a church guide to help visitors explore the beauty of the building, and to draw close to the God who has been worshipped here for over 150 years.

 

The church is open every Thursday from 10am to 1 pm for visitors. Do drop in for a coffee, a chat, to explore the heritage, or for a quiet space to pray.
