Groups
Small groups provide a vital part of our fellowship in St John’s. They are a great way to make friends and grow as followers of Jesus together.
Our seven homegroups meet at various times during midweek days and evenings. Each group varies in style, but typically includes a chance to get to know each other more, an informal time of worship, a Bible study, and prayer.
Our prayer group meets on Monday evenings to pray for the church, the community and each other.
We have two Mother’s Union Groups, a day time and an evening group. The groups meet monthly, and also support a range of mission activities in the area.
We have a trained pastoral care team who regularly visit the bereaved, the lonely, and the housebound.
